Designing engagement framework after restructuring

Following a merger, this company needed to change how it engaged its unions to reflect the new organisation and ensure all employees were well represented across the business.

 

I supported the company by designing a new set of employee forums which enabled both union and non-union representatives to have a voice in the same forum.

 

Initially resisted by the unions, the new forums proved successful in engaging the whole workforce in strategy, change and ongoing transformation of the business.
