Executive team and senior union mediation

Relationships between some members of the Executive team and senior union leaders had broken down in this highly unionised organisation, increasing the risk of disruption to the operation.

 

I designed and ran a series of mediation sessions for senior leaders, to enable both parties to listen to each other’s perspectives, find common ground and identify areas for improvement.

 

By working together on these areas for improvement, the parties began to trust each other again enabling them to jointly address the needs of the business and set a more positive tone as leaders across the business.
