It aims to build capability, share good practice, and provide support to ER practitioners throughout the UK.

Building networks

To help build capability in employment relations and share excellent practice, Debbie Sanders runs a strategic Employment Relations network. Membership includes expert HR/ER and IR leaders from some of the largest unionised organisations in the UK. We learn from each other and support each to build capability in our teams. We hear from inspirational, leading figures in the profession. Our speakers have included trade union General Secretaries, leaders of innovative workplace campaigning organisations, NEDs, people who lead the way in employee voice, and academics from research bodies investigating the future of work. We hold five online meetings a year and one face-to-face.
